Caviar Care Instructions
Caring For Your Caviar
How long will my caviar last?
Caviar can last up to two weeks, unopened, at the proper temperature. Consume one-two days after opening.
What temperature should caviar be when serving?
Caviar is best enjoyed between 28° and 32° Fahrenheit, or -2° to 0° Celsius.
How do I keep caviar at the right temperature?
In-home freezers are typically 0° Fahrenheit (-18° Celsius), which would burst the caviar beads. Home refrigerators are around 40° Fahrenheit (4° Celsius), which is too warm for caviar. In our insulated bags, on the frozen gel ice provided, placed in the coldest part of your refrigerator, caviar can be kept for two weeks.
Enjoying your caviar tonight?
Keep the whole package in your fridge until you’re ready to dine.
*Blini should be kept frozen until just before serving, then reheat!
