Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping

As fresh caviar is perishable and must remain cold prior to consumption, all caviar is shipped Priority Overnight in a custom designed insulated bag with frozen gel ice which is packed in an insulated container. Caviar is shipped via UPS or FedEx and fees will be calculated based on your location at checkout.

Seattle Caviar is able to ship Monday through Thursday as long as orders are received by 12:00 noon PST. If your location is eligible to ship on a Friday for Saturday delivery, there is an additional Saturday Surcharge Fee charged by the carrier and calculated at checkout.

Non-perishable items may be shipped via FedEx Home Delivery or UPS Ground. Delivery and fees will be estimated at checkout depending on your location.

Any shipment over $500 will require a signature to ensure safe delivery.

Federal Regulations allow us to ship only within the United States.

If you are located in the greater Seattle region, you may be eligible for Courier delivery. Enter your zip code at checkout to determine eligibility.


Returns and Refunds

Caviar cannot be returned due to its high perishability. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are dissatisfied with your product, please contact us at info@caviar.com so that we can assist you. Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis.
