Rougie’s traditional recipe is lightly seasoned with Armagnac. This product is ideal for hors d’oeuvres, canapes and as a gift. To serve, open both ends of the can with a can opener and gently push it out. Slice in quarter inch slices and enjoy on brioche toast or crostini. Shelf stable.
